U.S. AMBASSADOR VISITS WUSH WUSH TEA FARM

 On May 31, 2025, U.S. Ambassador to Ethiopia, Ervin Massinga, visits  the renowned Wush Wush Tea Farm and its processing facility, operated by Ethio Agri-CEFT PLC, a subsidiary of MIDROC Investment Group.

During his visit, Ambassador Massinga was received by senior leadership from Ethio Agri-CEFT, including General Manager Ato Million Moges, Deputy General Manager Ato Temesgen Bahru, and Farm Manager Ato Mulugeta Nigusse. The team provided a comprehensive overview of the farm’s production process, its development initiatives, and efforts to support the local community.

Located in Ethiopia’s lush Southwestern Region, the Wush Wush Tea Farm is renowned for its high-quality tea production, contributing to both domestic supply and global exports. The farm plays a vital role in boosting the local economy by providing stable employment to hundreds of residents.
